A graduate of Wyoming Catholic College, Sarah became COR's first full-time female missionary staff in 2017. After many adventures in the field, she took on her current role as Director of Client Relations for COR in 2021 and has developed many aspects of COR's mission, programming, and course offerings for COR's clients and partners. She still enjoys getting out of the office to instruct the occasional trip and loves spending time outside in any capacity, whether it is a solo trail run, a backpacking or climbing trip, or throwing rocks in the river with her two little ones. 

Sarah is married to Zachary Carlstrom, the assistant director of COR, and they have two children,  Judah and Esther. She was the recipient of Wyoming Catholic's John Paul II Award for integration of body, mind, and spirit, is a graduate of NOLS, WMI, SOLO, & the Given Institute, and has guided across the American West and internationally.
