Marley Green
From a young age, Marley spent every second she could outside. From playing with snails and attempting to plant “popcorn trees” in her tiny California backyard to running amok in the state park by her house in Chicago, Marley yearned for the sun on her face or the stars in her view at all times. Blessed to be a cradle Catholic, Marley always felt closest to God in adoration or with her bare feet on the grass.
She came to Wyoming Catholic College in 2016 and immersed herself in not just her studies but the college’s outdoor program. Working for COR on and off since 2017, Marley came to believe in COR’s mission full-heartedly and hopes to return minds and hearts to Christ through the glory of His Creation. Marley joined the COR Missionary team in Fall of 2021 and is a certified Wilderness First Responder with over 200 backcountry days.
Married to another outdoor enthusiast in July 2021, Marley can be found climbing, skiing, biking, or backpacking with her husband and their dog in tow. She is passionate about her faith, the outdoors, her family, reading, dogs, and dinosaurs.
